Donation Refund Policy

At Jeevan Care Home Foundation, we are committed to ensuring that all donations are processed accurately and transparently, whether they are made online or offline. Our Donation Refund Policy outlines the process for addressing issues such as double transactions, incorrect amounts or user cancellations.

1. Refund for Double Transactions or Wrong Amount

If a donor has made a double donation or entered the wrong amount, they can request a refund by sending an email to info@iiwee.org. The request should include: A clear description of the problem. Relevant transaction details to help verify the claim. Once the request is received, our team will review it in accordance with our Gift Acceptance Policy. Upon confirmation, the amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the email. In some cases, it may take longer, we have no responsibility for any delay.

Please note: Any transaction fees incurred during the process will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Transactions Cancelled by User During Processing

In cases such as where a transaction is cancelled by the donor during the processing stage and the amount is debited from their account but not credited to Jeevan Care Home Foundation's account: Jeevan Care Home Foundation is not liable for refunds. Donors are advised to resolve such a matter directly with their bank or payment merchant. However, we will provide support within our limits to assist in resolving the issue. Donors should email their concerns to info@iiwee.org with all relevant details.
